NEWS:
-- (Opinion/Review 10-22-02) Well it has been over 5 months since I did my Side Marker Mod. Though it has been great to have them because it makes my 4Runner stand out from the rest of the pack I realized that find a good pair of Side Markers is very important. I bought some none brand Side Markers thinking I would never have the guts to actually have them installed. But now that I have my side markers, though very affordable, are now turning a yellowish color because of the weather conditions of heat and water. So my suggestion to anyone is if you are going to go ahead with this mod make sure to get a pair of Side Markers not as much for the way they look but instead for the durability. On a side note, since the Side Markers I did purchase were not expensive at all im going to go ahead and order me another pair and just replace the plastic cover...

-- (Update: 5-1-02) Well i held my breath and went ahead with the side markers. I have to admit that they don not look bad at all. This is what happens when you go to get your bumper fixed and have more time to spare and a body shop willing to lend you their drilling tools.

-- (Opinion: 4-16-02) I want to add some side markers but the idea of drilling kills me. Yet on the other hand it looks cool. What to do? I have a pair already, not top of the line but they are a great value. So i guess time will tell if i want air vents on the side of my 4Runner or not. Stay Tune!

-- (Review: 1-31-02) I recently purchased the Toyota Wind Deflector. It looks great and i love it, but the one thing im concern with is that if i do not take it off periodicaly it will, in time, leave a stain that might not come off. I have a friend that had a wind deflector for an extended period and left the mark of the Wind Deflector on it. The reason this occures is simply because dirt and water enters the ruber seal of the wind deflector and with time the dirt dries and you have a nice mark. Im pretty sure there are way of removing the stain, either by waxing or some other method so if some one out there know hows please share so i can post it for others and myself. Untill then i will do the one thing i know how and take off the Wind deflector periodicaly - which is a pain - and clean the inderside of it. So on a scale of 1 - 10 i give it a 9 for looks but 7 for maintanence.
