Step 1 --
First we need the tools...

Then we mark where we plan to drill. I suggest clipping the flash light
to the clips and with a marker mark the best place you want it to be.
Then start drilling one clip at a time. Take your time.

I used a 9/64 drill-bit but it would have worked much better had i used
one drill size smaller. So be advice.
-- Step 4 --
Once you have the first clip on make sure to measure it with the second
one clipped on the Maglite and try to use the balancing tool to make
sure you have it as streight as possible.
-- Step 5 --
When screwing in the clip I suggest hand screwing the clip on. This way
you can have them somewhat loose and if all goes well with both clips
then you can go ahead and use the drill if you wish.
-- Step 6 --
Repeat the steps for the second clip and you are on your way.
